Super Mani is an upcoming chain of South Indian vegetarian quick service restaurants (QSR) based in Mumbai, India.

Super Mani aspires to take Idlis and Dosas global, at a level par with Burgers and Pizzas, as a torch-bearer of Indian culinary excellence.
It all began with a very simple question. “Why is Idli not famous globally ?”.
It is nutritious, affordable, tasty, gluten-free and yet, Idli or even South Indian cuisine is not as famous as it deserves to be.
We got a lot of partially right answers “Not packaged and glamourised”, “Consistency is difficult”, “South Indian cuisine is just one part of the larger, amazing Indian food story”, “Even in India, South Indian food is losing its identity and authenticity and is morphing into concoctions like Chocolate Dosas or Szechwan Idlis”.
Hence, we decided to start a brand that offers nutritious and authentic South Indian food. Prepared using traditional recipes, with global best practices of consistency, quality and scale.
We might serve dishes differently, like say a Poiryal in a dosa, a dosa roll or stuffed idlis, but we shall not depart from traditional South Indian taste.
